Payment types we accept online

We accept the following forms of payment for your online purchases: Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. We are unable to accept cash, checks, C.O.D. orders and wire transfers for online purchases.

Order Cancellations

We are unable to refund any online purchase from the time your order is placed (when you click the Submit Order button) until your Product is received by you and returned to us. If you are not satisfied with your purchase after receiving your Product, please review our return policy to determine what method of return may be available for you.

Return Policy

Through an ongoing series of quality testing, customer satisfaction surveys, corporate marketing and manufacturer research, Wicked Addiction has great confidence in the product lines being offered. However, situations may arise when an item doesn’t function properly. Our Return Policy is as follows:

Returning Intimate Clothing (Intended for Genital Contact)

Due to health requirements and regulations, intimate clothing designed for genital contact is not returnable. However, should the intimate clothing have a manufacturer defect, we will replace the item with an even exchange of the same item, subject to in-stock availability. Should the item no-longer be in-stock or discontinued, at our discretion, we may replace the item with a like item of equivalent value. Furthermore, you must contact us within 5 days of the your receiving delivery at returns@wickedaddictionclothing.com in order to obtain a valid Return Authorization Code (RAC). Return Authorization Code’s expire 15 days after they are issued and cannot be extended or reissued. All products returned must be 100% complete and in original packaging. The Return Authorization code must be clearly written on the outside of the package. Incomplete or unauthorized returns will be refused. Return shipping to us is at the expense of the customer. Under no circumstances can an item that has been used, thus making the item un-sellable, be returned or exchanged. The determination that an item has been used is made solely in the discretion of our quality control/returns department. For purposes of the health and well being of our staff and customers, if it is been determined that the item has been used, the returned item will be destroyed and disposed of and no replacement or monetary refund will be extended to the customer making the return.

Returning Defective Costumes (Non Genital Contact) or
Exchanging for Correct Size

Most of the costumes sold by Wicked Addiction are designed not to have direct genital contact. Therefore, we are happy to assist customers who need to exchange a costume for the same costume in a different size. All that we require is that the customer follow our guidelines for obtaining a Return Authorization Code (RAC), which are as follows: customer must contact us within 5 days of the your receiving delivery at returns@wickedaddictionclothing.com in order to obtain a valid Return Authorization Code (RAC). Return Authorization Code’s expire 15 days after they are issued and cannot be extended or reissued. All products returned must be 100% complete and in original packaging. The Return Authorization code must be clearly written on the outside of the package. Incomplete or unauthorized returns will be refused. Return shipping to us is at the expense of the customer. Shipping
All orders are shipped discreetly in plain packaging. The return address on the label will read “WCE, INC.” or “Worldwide Cyber Enterprises, Inc.”.

Typically, all orders are processed in the order in which they are received and will usually ship within 2 business days of receipt of the order. Express or Expedited shipping orders are prioritized and shipped for timeliness. The actual time of delivery based upon the delivery method requested begins at the point the shipment has left one of our warehouses. Projected delivery dates are based on carrier standards without any shipping discrepancies or problems. It should also be noted that UPS does not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays, and are therefore not considered business days for purposes of ordering from Wicked Addiction. P.O. Boxes, APO, and FPO delivery addresses must be shipped through the United States Postal Service. Therefore, you should choose the USPS Priority Mail shipping option if mailing to P.O. Boxes, APO, and FPO delivery addresses, which may take up to 10 business days for delivery.

Domestic Shipping Options
Please Note: UPS does not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO, and FPO delivery addresses. Customers should select the United States Post Office Priority Mail option to have orders delivered to P.O. Boxes, APO, and FPO delivery addresses.

UPS Ground
Orders shipped via UPS Ground to delivery addresses located in the continental United States typically arrive within 3 to 7 business days from the date of shipment.

UPS 2nd Day Air
Orders shipped via UPS 2nd Day Air to delivery addresses located in the continental United States are prioritized for timeliness in shipping and typically arrive within 2 days from the date of shipment.

UPS Next Day Air

Orders shipped via UPS Next Day Air to delivery addresses located in the continental United States are prioritized for timeliness in shipping and typically arrive the following business day from the date of shipment. All orders requesting UPS Next Day Air should be placed on or before 1:00 p.m. CST.

United States Priority Mail
United States Priority Mail is an option designed for delivery to P.O. Boxes, APO, and FPO delivery addresses.
